In the last <a href=\"https:\/\/blog.infyom.com\/business-learnings-from-shree-bhagavad-gita-karma-yoga\">Post of Karma-Yoga,<\/a> we have seen how our actions should be for the benefits of the others. Today, let&#8217;s see Chapter 4.<\/p><p>In Chapter 4, Karma-Brahm-Arpan-Yoga (J\u00f1\u0101na Karm Sany\u0101s Yog), verse 13th and 14th, Lord Krishna said,<\/p><p><strong>\u091a\u093e\u0924\u0941\u0930\u094d\u0935\u0930\u094d\u0923\u094d\u092f\u0902 \u092e\u092f\u093e \u0938\u0943\u0937\u094d\u091f\u0902 \u0917\u0941\u0923\u0915\u0930\u094d\u092e\u0935\u093f\u092d\u093e\u0917\u0936: |<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>\u0924\u0938\u094d\u092f \u0915\u0930\u094d\u0924\u093e\u0930\u092e\u092a\u093f \u092e\u093e\u0902 \u0935\u093f\u0926\u094d\u0927\u094d\u092f\u0915\u0930\u094d\u0924\u093e\u0930\u092e\u0935\u094d\u092f\u092f\u092e\u094d || 13 ||<\/strong><\/p><p>The four categories of occupations were created by me according to people\u2019s qualities and activities. One who knows me in this way is never bound by the karmic reactions of work.<a href=\"https:\/\/www.holy-bhagavad-gita.org\/chapter\/4\/verse\/14\">(source: holy-bhagavad-gita.org)<\/a><\/p><p>\u0a95\u0acb\u0a88 \u0a95\u0ab0\u0acd\u0aae\u0acb \u0aae\u0aa8\u0ac7 \u0ab2\u0ac7\u0aaa\u0aa4\u0abe \u0aa8\u0aa5\u0ac0, \u0a95\u0ac7\u0aae \u0a95\u0ac7 \u0a95\u0ab0\u0acd\u0aae\u0acb\u0aa8\u0abe \u0aab\u0ab3\u0aae\u0abe\u0a82 \u0aae\u0aa8\u0ac7 \u0ab2\u0abe\u0ab2\u0ab8\u0abe \u0aa8\u0aa5\u0ac0. \u0a86 \u0ab0\u0ac0\u0aa4\u0ac7 \u0a9c\u0ac7 \u0aae\u0aa8\u0ac1\u0ab7\u0acd\u0aaf \u0aae\u0aa8\u0ac7 \u0a9c\u0abe\u0aa3\u0ac7 \u0a9b\u0ac7, \u0aa4\u0ac7 \u0aaa\u0acb\u0aa4\u0abe\u0aa8\u0abe \u0a95\u0ab0\u0acd\u0aae\u0acb \u0ab5\u0aa1\u0ac7 \u0aac\u0a82\u0aa7\u0abe\u0aa4\u0acb \u0aa8\u0aa5\u0ac0.<\/p><p>Based on occupation &amp; activities, God created the following 4 Varnas:<\/p><ul><li>Brahmins &#8211; predisposed toward teaching and worship (how to get the God or go to heaven)<\/li><li>Kshatriyas &#8211; inclined toward administration and management of the kingdom<\/li><li>Vaishyas &#8211; form the business and agricultural class (Businessmen)<\/li><li>Shudras &#8211; working class (The actual person who works)<\/li><\/ul><p>In the same way, we also need 4 Departments in our Business.<\/p><ul><li>Brahmins &#8211; Marketing &#8211; Do the marketing &amp; they actually help us to meet our God (Our Customer).<\/li><li>Kshatriya &#8211; HR &#8211; Form a Business, Hire Team, Appoint People, Make Policies, define Penalties, etc.<\/li><li>Vaishyas &#8211; Operations &#8211; Administration &amp; Management (or your Top Management Team).<\/li><li>Shudra &#8211; Technical &#8211; Actual working people, our employees who actually do work<strong><br \/><\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>What God did is, created these 4 Varnas and given them their duties and activities that they need to perform and he simply became A-Karta (non-doer and eternal).<\/p><p>We as CEO, also need to do that same thing. Create these 4 Departments, assign them their duties and just become an external observer. Then all you need to do is, whenever they got stuck, help them, guide them or train them.
