Keeping in view the vital role that plays in the success of any Organisation. I would like to mention the desired culture is the \u201cOCTAPACE\u201d Culture. \u201cOCTAPACE\u201d culture is the best initiative for any Organisation, whether it\u2019s an IT or Non-IT organization. Let\u2019s look at- What is \u201cOCTAPACE\u201d culture?<\/p><h2>How will it be helpful to Organisational Growth?<\/h2><p>OCTAPACE Meaning Outcome<\/p><h3>O &#8211; Openness<\/h3><ul><li>Freedom to communicate.<\/li><li>It signifies the transparency of the environment in the organization.<\/li><li>It helps to improve the implementation of any system &amp; bring innovation by free interaction among team members, clarity in setting objects, and common Goals.<\/li><\/ul><h3>C &#8211; Confrontation<\/h3><ul><li>Facing problems and challenges.<\/li><li>The person is facing it boldly and not shying.<\/li><li>Improve Problem Solving.<\/li><li>Clarity in work.<\/li><li>Group discussion to resolve particular problems.<\/li><\/ul><h3>T &#8211; Trust<\/h3><ul><li>Maintaining confidentiality.<\/li><li>Building trust in each other.<\/li><li>Do not share anything to others or outside of the organization.<\/li><li>Higher Empathy.<\/li><li>Timely Support.<\/li><li>Reduce Stress.<\/li><\/ul><h3>A &#8211; Authenticity<\/h3><ul><li>No or narrowest gap between said value &amp; Actual behaviour.<\/li><li>Person\u2019s commitment to work\/Assigned tasks &amp; Actual performance should be the same.<\/li><li>Everyone has attitude \u201cJo me bolta hu wo me karta hu\u201d<\/li><li>Develop mutuality culture.<\/li><li>Sharing of feeling freely.<\/li><li>Improve interpersonal communication.<\/li><li>Reduce the distortion in Communication.<\/li><\/ul><h3>P- Pro-Active<\/h3><ul><li>Taking Initiative.<\/li><li>Pre- Planning.<\/li><li>It prepared everyone for upcoming challenges.<\/li><li>Reduce uncertainty.<\/li><li>One step ahead (advance team)<\/li><li>Prepare everyone to accept changes with time.<\/li><\/ul><h3>A- Autonomy<\/h3><ul><li>Freedom to plan &amp; act at one\u2019s own level.<\/li><li>Organisation must avoid an Autocratic type of environment and give chance to all members to use their power in a positive way.<\/li><li>Develop mutual relationship.<\/li><li>Feeling of Pride.<\/li><li>Self Motivation<\/li><li>work satisfaction.<\/li><\/ul><h3>C- Collaboration<\/h3><ul><li>Involves working together for common cause.<\/li><li>individuales share their concerns and prepare strategies for working out plans, actions &amp; implementing them together.<\/li><li>Timely work.<\/li><li>Resource sharing.<\/li><li>Improve Communication.<\/li><\/ul><h3>E-Experimentation<\/h3><ul><li>Trying out new ways to deal with problems\/Tasks.<\/li><li>Organisation should allow all to experiment new ways and encourage them to find the best ways.<\/li><li>Accurate problem solutions.<\/li><li>Development of new products.<\/li><li>Development of New methods.<\/li><\/ul><p>To recapitulate, Organisational culture represents Values, Beliefs, behaviors &amp; Capabilities acquired by the members of the firm. We can truly say if the Organisation has all Dimensions of __\u201cOCTAPACE\u201d,__ it is on the way to
