Dashboard
The Dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of crucial metrics to help you manage your classified ads platform efficiently. Key features include:
- Total Users: Monitor the total number of registered users on the platform.
- Active Subscribers: Keep track of users with active subscriptions.
- Total Revenue: View the overall revenue generated by your platform.
- Top 5 Selling Categories: Identify the most popular categories among users.
- Top 5 Selling Countries: Discover the countries with the highest sales figures.
- Subscriptions Chart: Visualize subscription trends over time.
This streamlined dashboard ensures that all critical data is easily accessible, enabling informed decisions and enhancing platform performance.
Users
The admin can add new users and assign them specific roles. Additionally, the admin can manage existing users, including changing a user's status to inactive if suspicious activity is reported.
Categories
Admins can create new product categories and subcategories by selecting a parent category. They can also manage these categories and deactivate them as needed.
Amenities
In this section, admins can manage product amenities across multiple categories. These amenities will be utilized when listing products, ensuring detailed and accurate product information.
Product Listings
In the Product Listings section, you can create and manage product listings effectively. After adding a new product, you can select the relevant amenities and add SEO details to optimize visibility. The admin has the capability to create listings on behalf of users. Additionally, there is an option for bulk deleting products. Once a user lists a product, it will appear here, and the admin can change its status to "Approved" or "Rejected." When a product is sold, its status will automatically update to "Sold."
Featured Items
This module allows users to pay an additional fee to have their products featured, ensuring higher visibility and priority over other listings. Admins can view and manage featured item requests, including those processed through various payment methods.
Plan
Admins can create and manage various subscription plans tailored to organizational needs. Each plan can be customized by specifying pricing, currency, trial days, listing intervals, the number of images per listing, and the frequency of renewals (monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, yearly, unlimited). These plans are displayed on the landing page under the "Pricing" section and within the user panel under "Manage Subscription Plans."
Subscribed Plans
This section displays all subscribed user plans. Admins have the ability to edit the plan's end date, view the plan's status, and download invoices in PDF format.
Cash Payment
This section displays all subscription transactions paid manually. The admin can approve or reject these payments.
Pages
The Pages module allows you to view, create, edit, update, and delete pages. You can enable or disable pages as needed. These pages will be loaded on the landing page, providing additional content for visitors.
Product Reviews
The Product Reviews section allows users to share their experiences and opinions about products listed on the platform. Submitted reviews are displayed here, providing valuable feedback for both sellers and potential buyers.
Reported Products
The Reported Products section is dedicated to handling and displaying products that users have flagged for review. When a user reports a product, they are prompted to provide a message explaining the reason for the report, helping the admin address any issues effectively.
Favourite Listings
The Favourite Listings section allows users to save and manage their preferred listings on the platform. When a user adds a listing to their favorites, it is displayed here for easy access.
Quote Listings
The Quote Listings section is designed to display all the quotes that users have sent for products on the platform. This section includes detailed information for each quote, ensuring transparency and ease of management.
Received Quote
This subsection displays all quotes received from other users for products listed on the platform. Detailed information for each quote is provided, allowing users to manage them efficiently.
Sent Quote
This subsection displays all quotes that the user has sent for products on the platform.
Currencies
The Currencies section provides an overview of the various currencies available on the platform. These currencies are pre-populated, offering a wide range of options for users. Admins can manage these currencies by creating, editing, or deleting them as needed.
Countries / States / Cities
This section allows admins to add and manage countries, states, and cities within the system. Admins can introduce new countries, define states within those countries, and further add cities within the defined states. This structured and hierarchical approach is integral to accurate location management on the platform.
Settings
Basic Settings
This section allows you to configure essential settings for the application, such as updating the logo, favicon, application name, and other fundamental elements.
Payment Configuration
Configure payment settings for your account using available options like Stripe and PayPal. Additionally, you can provide a Manual Payment Guide for users who prefer this method.
Follow Us
This section provides links to the company's social media profiles, displayed as icons in the footer of the landing page for easy access.
Share With
This setting enables users to share a product on popular social media platforms, including Facebook, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Snapchat, enhancing product visibility and engagement.
Site Management
Hero Section
In this section, you can change the title, description, and image that will be displayed on the landing page's hero section.
Front Sliders
If you select a slider theme, this section allows you to display image sliders with titles, descriptions, and pricing.
Theme Configuration
Choose between two available themes for the frontend of your platform.
Customer Feedbacks
Manage customer feedbacks, including creating, editing, viewing, and deleting them.

The User Dashboard provides comprehensive information about products, including:
- Total Products: The number of products listed by the user.

Visual aids include a pie chart showing sessions by the top 5 countries and sessions by devices. Users can also analyze product performance with date filters.
- Top 5 Most Visited Products: Displays the 5 most visited products, with filters available for weekly, monthly, and yearly views.
- Top 5 Selling Categories: Displays the top 5 selling categories, with filtering options for weekly, monthly, and yearly data.
Product Listings
In this section, users can add and manage their product listings. After creating a new listing, user can select relevant amenities, add SEO details, and even delete multiple products in bulk. Once listed, the product is sent to the admin for approval. User can view product analytics by country, device, operating system, browser, and language. Additionally, users can mark a product as "Paid," making it no longer visible to others.
Favourite Listings
This section allows users to save and manage their favorite listings on the platform for quick and easy access.
Quote Listings
Manage all quotes sent or received in this section. User can approve or reject quotes as needed.
Received Quote
This subsection displays quotes received from other users for the user's listed products. It includes detailed information for easy management.
