Custom Content

We want to developed a ChatBot which can be trained on our own personal content like your Website or other Intranet files that we have. Then Bot should only answer the question based on our content.

Human Agent

Sometimes, Bot is not able to answer the complex questions or the questions where Human Agents can perform better. So we need a feature where user can request a Chat with a Human Agent.

Remember Context from
Memory

Bot should be able to keep the conversation going on with remembering the previous message and the context of the current message and should give and appropriate answers based on memory.

We also need a Team Inbox Feature, where conversation can be spread out with multiple expert agents. so multiple experts can tackle the questions of the user from various departments.

We added a support where user can add their personal content in various forms like Web Page URL, Sitemap or File uploaded and trained those content with Vector Databases.

LHuman Agent Transfer from
Chat Widget

Implemented seamless integration on a Chat Widget where user can request a Human Agent chat and we also notified agents with various integrations like Email Notification or Slack Notifications and others.

Built Context aware
Conversation

It was very important that user can keep the conversation going without losing the context of old messages. We implemented context aware conversation with help of LangChain memory.

Multi Agent Chat with
Team Inbox

A Team Inbox was designed to tackle a complex problems and question where the help is needed from various agents. So multiple team members can observe the conversation and can jump-in when needed.
