Dashboard

In the dashboard, are also able to see the dashboard with Total schedule events, Upcoming events, Active events and many more data.

Events

From here you can create and manage events from this module. this is the main part of the system.

• You can create the event from here by defining the event name, location, and event type. you can later add more information to event like you can set the schedule for the event, how many days it will be activated, and the time for it.
• Once an event will be created, we are generating a unique link for it. by using it your users are able to do booking into that event.
• In the Event List, you can easily schedule your events from the view booking page. Pay securely with Stripe, PayPal, Paystack, or Razorpay. You’ll also get automatic integration with Google Calendar and Google Meet to help you stay organized. Make event management easy today.

Schedules

From here you can manage event schedules here, creating various types and setting specific time slots for each day. These schedules will then be utilized in your events.

Scheduled Events

In Scheduled Events section displays detailed information about scheduled events, including the event type, scheduled date, scheduled time, and additional relevant details.

Transactions

This module allows for the efficient management of all scheduled event transactions and subscription transactions through an intuitive interface. Stay organized and maintain control over your product's financial activities with seamless access to scheduling transactions and managing subscriptions.

Connect Google Calendar

In this module you can Link your Google Calendar to our module for easy access to all your events, helping you stay organized and on schedule wherever you are. Enjoy seamless integration that simplifies calendar management and enhances your organizational efficiency.

Settings

Configure settings to manage event notifications and scheduling preferences. Enable the option to send email notifications to all attendees when events are deleted.

• You can choose the time format to display when scheduling events and set reminders for events a specified number of minutes in advance. Select the desired calendar view for event scheduling.
• Additionally, enable or disable payment gateways such as Stripe, PayPal, Paystack, and RazorPay according to your requirements.
