The dashboard provides an overview of the total number of appointments, today's appointments, total meetings, and total billed amount. It also displays upcoming appointments to ensure you stay informed.

Appointments

This module helps you schedule and manage appointments, and track payment transactions. You can view records related to your appointments.

Appointments

In the Appointments module, you can create appointments with doctors, which are easily managed through filtering by date and status. The calendar view offers a straightforward way to visualize and schedule appointments directly from the calendar interface.

Appointment Transaction

In Appointment Transaction Module displays payment transactions related to booking appointments. It provides an overview of all payments made during the appointment booking process.

Bills

This section displays your payment details and provides options to make payments. You can choose to pay via cash, cheque, or online payment methods. The available online payment options include Stripe, PayPal, Paystack, RazorPay, PhonePe, and FlutterWave, as configured by the hospital.

Diagnosis Tests

The Diagnosis Tests module allows you to view and access details of your Diagnosis Tests. You can also print these details as a PDF.

Documents

The Documents module provides access to view and manage your documents. You can easily access document details and download any attached files.

Notice Boards

Notice Boards module allows you view notices efficiently. This feature ensures important announcements and updates are easily accessible and better communication within the organization.

IPD/OPD

This module helps you view and manage your IPD and OPD records, including diagnoses, prescriptions, and payment details. You can see records related to your treatments and visits.

IPD - Patient In

The IPD (In-Patient) module allows you to view your records including admission date, bed assignment, total paid amount, discharge details, and bill status. Access an overview of your IPD-related information.

Diagnosis

The Diagnosis section allows you can check your IPD diagnosis details and download attached files.

Consultant Instruction

In this section, you can see your IPD-related consultant instruction details, including the doctor who conducted the instruction, the date, and the associated notes.

Charges

The Charge section offers a detailed view of your IPD-related charges, including charge type, applied amount, standard charge, and other relevant information.

Prescriptions

The Prescriptions section provides access to IPD-related prescriptions details. You can see notes and specify the required medicines and dosages. You can also view prescription details and print them as a PDF.

Timeline

The Timeline section displays your IPD-related timeline, visible specifically for you, along with recommendations for the treatments that are most suitable for your needs.

Payments

The Payments module allows you to add payments, which can be made via Cash, Cheque, or online payment platforms such as Stripe, RazorPay, Paystack, PhonePe, and FlutterWave. All payments will be reflected in the bill.

Bill

The Bill module see the total of all charges and discounts, taxes, and additional charges. It also displays the amount paid and the amount outstanding, and provides options to print the bill and discharge slip.

OPD - Patient Out

The OPD (Out-Patient) module enables you to view your records, including admission date, doctor name, doctor charges, payment mode, total visits, and other relevant details. You can also see an overview of records.

Revisit

The Revisit module allows you to view details of your OPD-related revisit history, including the times you visited the hospital.

Diagnosis

The Diagnosis section allows you to view your OPD-related diagnosis details and download any attached files.

Timeline

The Timeline section displays your IPD-related timeline, visible specifically for you, along with recommendations for the treatments that are most suitable for your needs.

The Prescriptions section provides access to OPD-related prescriptions details. You can see notes and specify the required medicines and dosages. You can also view prescription details and print them as a PDF.

Invoices

The invoice section provides details such as the invoice date, amount, status, and other relevant information. Additionally, invoices can be printed as PDFs for convenience.

Live Consultations

In Live Consultations you can view your Live Consultations with doctors and check their status, such as Cancelled, Finished, or Awaited. You can join these consultations directly via Zoom from this section.

Patients Cases

In Patient Cases, you can see detailed information about your cases, including interactions with doctors, associated fees, case dates, and other relevant details.

Patient Admissions

In Patient Admissions, you can see detailed information about your admission, including interactions with doctors, the package, admission status, admission dates, and other relevant details.

Prescriptions

In Prescriptions, you can see detailed information about your prescriptions, including which doctor prescribed them, when they were added, current medications, health insurance details, and other relevant information.

Vaccinated Patients

In Vaccinated Patients, you can see detailed information about your vaccination-related records, including the vaccination name, serial number, dose given date, and other relevant information.

Reports

This module allows you to view records related to births, deaths, investigations, operations, Diagnosis Tests.

Birth Reports

In Birth Reports, you can view detailed information about birth reports, including interactions with doctors, case ID, date, and additional details.

Death Reports

This module provides detailed information about death reports, including interactions with doctors, case ID, date, and additional details.

Investigation Reports

In Investigation Reports, you can see detailed information about your investigation reports, including title, date, status, and additional details. Download any attached files.

In this module, view detailed information about operation reports, including interactions with doctors, case ID, date, and additional details.
