Dashboard

The dashboard of our invoice generation system provides a comprehensive view of key metrics and data, offering users insights into overall performance and activity related to invoicing. It includes several essential widgets such as the User Count Overview displaying the total number of users, the Revenue Summary showing total revenue generated, the Active Plans Tracker indicating the number of active user plans, and the Enquiry Monitor counting the total number of enquiries.

Additionally, the dashboard features a Revenue Chart with a date filter, allowing users to view revenue trends over specific periods. This facilitates detailed analysis and better decision-making by providing a clear picture of financial performance and user engagement.

Super Admins

A super admin can create additional super admins who can access the same panel using their email addresses. It also provides options to edit and delete super-admin accounts, ensuring smooth and controlled administrative operations.

Users

The users panel is designed for users who manage the entire invoice system. This panel includes an impersonate feature, allowing super-admins to directly access and operate within the user's panel as if they were the user. Additionally, the panel provides options for super-admins to edit and delete user accounts, ensuring comprehensive control and management capabilities.

Subscription Plans

The subscription plan panel displays all available plans that users can purchase to access the full range of facilities offered by the invoice system. This panel allows users to review and select the subscription plan that best meets their needs, ensuring they have the necessary access to manage their invoices and related activities effectively.

Enquiries

The enquiry panel displays all enquiries submitted by users and visitors through the landing page. This panel allows administrators to view, manage, and respond to enquiries, ensuring effective communication and support for potential and existing users.

Subscribers

The subscriber module stores all email addresses of users who have subscribed to the site from the landing page. This module allows administrators to export all subscriber emails into an Excel sheet for easy management and analysis. Additionally, there is a feature to delete subscriber emails, providing control over the subscriber list.

Landing CMS

The Landing CMS allows administrators to manage various sections of the landing page, including images and content. This section includes landing page image and content, FAQ content, testimonial content, and a cookie warning message. This ensures that all critical information and legal requirements are properly displayed and updated as needed.

Settings

The Settings module allows administrators to configure essential application details, including the app name, logo, default language, and payment gateway credentials. The Currencies module enables management of application currencies, facilitating transactions in various regions. Additionally, the Footer Settings module provides options for customizing the footer with relevant links and contact information, ensuring a professional appearance across the site.

The New User Settings module, available to super-admins, allows for the management of initial settings for new users. This includes configuring the app name, app logo, and user settings, ensuring a seamless and branded experience for new users from the start.
