Dashboard

The dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of key metrics on the job portal. It features widgets displaying Active Candidates, Employers, and Job Listings. You can also track revenue from Featured Jobs, Featured Employers, and Subscriptions.

To monitor engagement, the dashboard includes charts for Post Engagement, Weekly User Trends, and other analyses. A Recent Activity Table displays the latest Candidate Profiles, Employer Accounts, and Job Listings, helping you stay updated.

Employers

The Employers module offers a table view of all registered employers. You can feature or remove employers, manage email verification, and edit or delete profiles.

There’s also a Reported Employers Section where you can review and manage reported employers, complete with report details and a delete option.

Admins

The Admins module enables the creation and management of additional administrators with access to the same panel. Administrators can add new admins by specifying their email addresses and setting passwords. This module also allows you to edit or delete existing admin accounts, ensuring secure and effective management of administrative roles.

Candidates

The Candidates module provides a comprehensive list of all candidates, complete with their details, including availability and email verification status. This module includes options to edit or delete candidate profiles, facilitating efficient management of candidate information.

Within this module, there is a Degree Level Section that categorizes candidates based on their educational qualifications. Additionally, the module features a Reported Candidate Section, where all reported candidates are stored, along with reporting details. The All Resumes Section allows for viewing and downloading of all submitted resumes, while the Selected Candidates Section lists candidates who have been selected for jobs, along with the corresponding employer's name. This ensures thorough tracking of candidate progress and placements.

Jobs

The Jobs module offers detailed information on job listings, including whether a job is highlighted or suspended, as well as the creation and expiry dates of each listing. This module provides options to edit or delete job postings, enabling efficient management of job listings.

Several specialized sections are included within the Jobs module:

  • The Pending Jobs Section stores all unapproved jobs.
  • The Job Category Module organizes job listings by category.
  • The Job Types Module defines different job types.
  • The Job Tags Module manages tags associated with jobs.
  • The Job Shifts Module categorizes jobs based on shift patterns.
  • The Reported Job Section tracks jobs that have been reported.
  • The Job Notifications Module manages notifications related to job postings.
  • The Expired Jobs Section lists jobs that have surpassed their expiry dates.

Blogs

Admin can create blog posts into this section. Also create post categories which will be used for creating posts. Admin can also manage comments by users on posts.

Subscriptions

In this subscriptions section admin can create a new plans and manage it. Admin can set any plan as a trial plan. Also admin can see list of transactions created from subscriptions. There are support to approve or reject to Manual payment transactions.

Subscribers

In this section admin can see all subscribers which is subribe from the landing page for newsletter.

Countries / States / Cities

Add and manage countries, states, and cities within the system. Introduce new countries, define states within those countries, and further add cities within the defined states, providing a structured and hierarchical approach to geographical data management.

General

Inside general admin manage some general stats regarding jobs like

  • Marital status
  • Skills
  • Salary periods
  • Industries
  • Company Sizes
  • Functional Areas
  • Career levels
  • Salary currencies
  • Ownership Types
  • Languages

Admin can create, update and delete this all general stats.

CMS

In CMS section admin can manage following things:

  • Notice Boards: In notice board admin publish notices to all users and in Landing page.
  • FAQs: Admin can add FAQs that will be shown on the FAQs page.
  • Enquiries: View all enquiries submitted through the contact us form and delete any enquiry if necessary.
  • Notification settings: Enable or disable notifications for specific modules.
  • Privacy policy: Update the privacy policy.
  • Front settings: Admin can customised front's setting like feature jobs, companies, jobs quota, pricing are shown or not.
  • Email templates: Admin can update a mail templates for different actions.
  • Setings: In this settings module admin can change Application name, Company URL, Logo, captacha enable, Footer settings, social settings and etc.

CMS Sliders

In CMS sliders admin can edit images for sliders which shown on Landing page. Sliders like

Front CMS

Admin can edit text and description for landing page and update about page content.
