Dashboard

The Dashboard provides a comprehensive overview with various charts, including user report charts with filters for users and date ranges, daily work report charts filtered by date, open tasks charts, and charts for project and invoice status. This feature offers a detailed visualization of key metrics and statuses.

Departments

The Departments feature allows users to create, edit, update, and delete departments while managing a comprehensive list of all departments.

Clients

The Clients feature allows users to create, edit, update, and delete client records. Users can also view and filter clients by their associated departments.

Projects

The Projects module allows users to view, create, edit, update, and delete projects. It includes features for filtering projects by client and assigning created projects to both clients and users.

Tasks

The Tasks module enables users to view, create, edit, update, and delete tasks. It includes filtering options based on assignee, project, due date, status, page size, and sorting criteria. Additionally, users can add new time entries and assign tasks to users.

Calendar

The Calendar feature allows you to view your time entries in a calendar format. This provides an organized and intuitive way to manage and review your scheduled activities at a glance.

Reports

The Reports feature enables you to manage your reports efficiently. You can create, view, edit, update, and delete reports, as well as generate both static and dynamic reports to suit your needs.

Users

The Users feature allows you to manage user accounts effectively. You can view, create, edit, update, and delete users, as well as filter users by status to streamline user management.

Archieved Users

The Archived Users feature allows you to view and manage a list of archived users. You can also delete users from this list as needed.

Roles

The Roles module allows you to view, create, edit, update, and delete roles. Additionally, you can assign specific permissions to each role, enabling precise access control within your system.

Sales

The Sales module provides functionality to view a list of invoices, filter and sort them by status, and manage expenses. You can also create, edit, update, and delete expenses, ensuring comprehensive control over your sales and financial records.

Settings

The Settings section provides access to various submenus, including Tags, Activity Types, and Taxes, where you can list, create, edit, update, and delete entries. In addition, you can update general details such as the app name, company name, contact information, working days and hours, address, task statuses, and branding elements like the app logo and favicon. The section also allows you to customize the invoice template by choosing from different available options and configure Google reCAPTCHA by entering the necessary site and secret key credentials.

Activity Logs

Track and manage project activities with comprehensive logs that record all created, updated, and deleted entries. This feature provides a detailed overview of project changes and actions.

Events

The Events module allows you to create, edit, update, and delete events. You can also view a list of events in a calendar format for easy scheduling and management.
