The Dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of your support metrics, including total agents, total categories, open and closed ticket counts. It features a chart comparing new versus closed tickets with filters for agent, category, and date range. Additionally, it displays charts for tickets by agents and tickets by categories, allowing for detailed analysis and tracking.

Admins

The Admins module allows users to view and manage admin lists, including creating, editing, updating, and deleting admin.

Agents

The Agents module allows users to view and manage agent lists, including creating, editing, updating, and deleting agent.

Customers

The Customers module allows you to view and manage customer accounts, including creating, editing, updating, and deleting them.

Categories

Manage categories efficiently with options to create, edit, update, and delete. View and organize category lists seamlessly.

Tickets

The Tickets feature allows you to manage and organize your tickets effectively. You can create and delete tickets, view them using status and category filters, and update the status of specific tickets as needed.

Conversations

Manage and view your chat interactions seamlessly. Access both active and archived chat lists, and easily initiate new one-on-one conversations.

FAQs

The FAQs feature allows you to manage your frequently asked questions effectively. You can view a list of existing questions, create new ones, edit or update existing entries, and delete questions as needed. This feature ensures that your FAQ content is always current and relevant.

Translation Manager

The Translation Manager allows you to create new languages and update translations for each language. This feature helps manage and maintain multilingual content efficiently.

Settings

The Settings feature allows you to configure general application details such as the app name, email, phone number, default country code, address, app logo, favicon, and About Us information. Additionally, you can update your social media links for Facebook, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
