Link Tracker Admin Panel ​

Dashboard ​

The powerful admin dashboard provides an overview of the following metrics:

  • Total Users: Displays the count of total users.
  • Total QR Codes: Shows the number of total QR Codes generated by users.
  • Total Minify Link: Shows the number of total Minify Link created by users.
  • Collections: Shows the number of total collections created by users.
  • Total Earning: Displays the total earning of all time.
  • Today's Earning: Displays the total earning of today.
  • Total Subscriptions: Shows the count of total subscriptions taken by users.
  • Active Subscriptions: Shows the count of total active subscriptions.

Additionally, the dashboard includes various charts and records:

  • Last 7 day's Earning: Illustrates the distribution of last 7 days earning.
  • Top 5 most visited URL (Current month): Shows the top 5 most visited URL in the current month.
  • Recent Registered Users: Provides recent registration data of users with plan name.

Users ​

Manage users by creating, updating, and deleting them. Admin can also verify user's email directly or manage user status. If user status is inactive, then user will not be able to login.

  • In user details, admin can see subscription plan details, created QR Codes and minify links.

QR Codes ​

In this section, you can see all QR Codes created by users with QR code types, name and etc. Also admin is able to create QR Code behalf of user.

Digital Business Cards ​

We provide support to create Digital Business Cards. So admin can see all Digital Business Cards created by users. Also able to create Digital Business Cards behalf of user, enable or disable it. View anaytics of Digital Business Cards that include Browser, Country, Device, Operating System and language.

Collections ​

In this section, you can see all collections created by users. Admin is able to create collections behalf of user. In this section you can see count of total QR codes and minify link created on this collection.

In this section, you can see all Minify Links created by users. Also admin is able to create QR Code behalf of user. View anaytics of minify link that include Browser, Country, Device, Operating System and language.

Plans ​

Create and manage various plans tailored to organizational needs. Customize each plan by specifying pricing, currency, selecting QR Code types, and including additional features available for QR Codes. Each plan also creating in different currency also. This plan will be shown into landing page. Also make plan to default so user can register and this default plan will be active.

Cash Payments ​

Manage manual cash payments for user subscriptions, including approval and rejection. Display the user name, plan details and payable amount.

Subscribers ​

Lists all subscribers who have signed up for the newsletter.

Subscribed User Plans ​

All subscribed user plans will be shown here. Admin can edit it's ending date and enable / disable it's status.

Transactions ​

This module provides a quick overview of all plans transactions, allowing for easy access to payment information whenever needed. It tracks information about who purchased plan when and how much paid.

Coupon Codes ​

In this section, admin can manage coupon codes and provide this coupon code to user so that they can get discount at a time of plan purchase. Admin can create coupon code with two type Fixed Discount and Percentage Discount. Also set limit for that coupon code used.

Currencies ​

You can see different kind of currencies here that is pre-populated already. This currency will be used while creating plans.

Languages ​

In this module you can manage languages. You can add new languages and delete them or update the existing languages too. Manage translations for that product. We provide support for 4 languages. English, French, Chinese and Spanish.

Settings ​

In the Settings, you have the ability to personalize your application with ease. You can specify your app's name, set the contact details, configure plan expiry notifications days, currency and even upload your app logo and favicon logo. Additionally admin can enable or disable the new registration.

Google Captcha Configuration ​

In this section, Admin configure captacha enable or disable and enter captcha site key and secret key.

Google Authentication Configuration ​

In this section, Admin configure google authentication enable or disable and enter client id.

SMTP Configuration ​

In this section, Admin can be also able to configure SMTP setting.

Payment Configuration ​

We provide 3 options for payment. Stripe, PayPal and RazorPay. So admin can manage payment option enable or disable based on it's need.

Front CMS ​

Customize various aspects of the front-end experience through the CMS. Manage the banner image for a dynamic and visually engaging presentation. Also adjust the site’s title and subtitle. These features ensure the front-end remains current and aligned with the organization's branding and functional needs.

Features ​

Modify the title, description, and image of the features displayed on the homepage.

QR Code Types ​

Modify the content of the QR code that will be shown on the homepage.

Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy ​

Add a Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy.

Enquiries ​

View all enquiries submitted through the contact us form and delete any enquiry if necessary.
