1. Scheduled Trigger

2. Search Customer Records

• It fetches customer records from Airtable containing names, emails, birthdays, and anniversaries.

3. Check for Matching Dates

• The workflow checks if the current date matches a customer's birthday or anniversary.

4. Generate Message

• If a match is found, it dynamically generates the subject and body of a personalized greeting.

5. Send Email

• The final message is sent to the customer via email.
