How it Works:

This workflow streamlines the interview scheduling process by syncing Airtable with calendar tools and notifying candidates. Here’s how it works:

1. Interview Scheduled in Airtable

  • A new record is added or updated in Airtable with interview details such as candidate name, date, time, and interview type.
  • This triggers the workflow automatically.

2. Calendar Event Creation

  • The workflow creates a calendar event in Google Calendar based on the data in Airtable.
  • Event details include meeting link, participants, and interview notes (if any).

3. Candidate Invitation

  • An invitation email is sent to the candidate with the interview time, calendar link, and any joining instructions.
  • Optionally, reminders can be set before the interview.
