1. Scheduled Trigger for Policy Expiry Check

- It checks for policies in the Airtable database that are nearing their expiry date.
2. Retrieving Client Data from Airtable
- The workflow retrieves client insurance data stored in Airtable, including policy expiration dates.
- It checks for policies that are within a defined renewal period (e.g., 30 days before expiry).
3. Policy Expiry Check
- If the expiry date of a policy is found to be within the defined renewal period (or expired), the workflow proceeds to the next step.
4. Sending Email Reminders
