The Challenge

We need to develop a system for both Doctors and Participants. Doctors can run clinical trials and add records of clinical trials. The key was data security, along with not exposing participant data without concern. Also, a full audit was required for every record change, along with the person who is changing the record. Participants can also periodically provide feedback on their moods with reminders.

The Solution

InfyOm Technologies formed a team of 3 skills professionals: a solution architect, a backend developer, and a mobile developer. We developed a panel for doctors where they can feed the clinical trial data. When any information is changed, we keep an audit of all records changed. All the participant information was encrypted and stored in the database. Also, we developed a mobile app for participants where they will get reminder notification to insert their mood information and submit the data with ease for each trial.

Admin Panel

Provides the doctor the ability to insert and audit their clinical trial data. All these data will be version based and whole audit trail will be created. Doctors and Admin will be able to see the whole Audits of each and every document updates.

Mobile App

With Mobile app, we enables participants to submit their mood and health information during the clinical trial. so doctors can collect and analyze the effect and side effects of any medicine trials.

Security

All the personal information of participants was encrypted and stored in the database. so at any point of time, all the personal data of participants will be secured and will not exposed with any third party services.
