Dashboard

In dashboard you can see total active doctors, today’s appointments, total patients, today’s registered patients, count of upcoming appointments, total appointments and Monthly income overview.

  • There is also a chart which shows the Earnings from Appointments.
  • You can also see recent patient registrations with filtering options.

Staffs

You can create new user accounts with specific permissions if you want. Staff can also able to do login and he/she can see the lists of modules as per assigned permissions.

Doctors

The Doctors module manages doctor profiles, schedules, and availability, and facilitates holiday scheduling with appointment conflict checks.

The Doctor Module lets you easily manage doctor accounts by creating, updating, and deleting profiles, viewing and adjusting statuses, and adding qualifications from the listing view.

Doctor Schedules

The Doctor Schedules section is essential for patients, as it provides information about when doctors are available for check-ups or treatment appointments. This section also allows for the management of doctor schedules.

Doctor Holidays

In Doctor Holidays Module enables the addition of doctor holidays. When creating a holiday, the system checks for any existing appointments for that doctor and prevents the holiday from being added if appointments are scheduled.

Patients

In Patient Module allows for the creation, updating, and deletion of patient accounts. The listing view displays each patient’s total number of appointments and email verification status.

Smart Patient Cards

The Smart Patient Cards module simplifies creating and customizing patient cards, displaying key details and QR codes for quick record access. It also allows downloading cards as PDFs.

Smart Patient Card Templates

  • The Smart Patient Card Templates module simplifies the creation and customization of patient cards, displaying essential details such as photos, names, emails, and other relevant information.

Generate Patient Smart Cards

  • The Patient Smart Card module creates personalized cards with essential details and a QR code. The QR code provides quick access to patient records and appointments, with options to view and download the card as a PDF.

Appointments

The Appointment feature allows creating appointments on behalf of patients, managing appointments, and downloading them as PDFs for convenience. It supports a calendar view for appointments, displaying a list of appointments in calendar form.

Medicines

The Medicines Module handles medicine categories, brands, and inventory. It tracks stock, usage, and purchases, and supports exporting data to Excel and managing medicine bills.

Transactions

This module provides a quick overview of all appointment related transactions, allowing for easy access to payment information whenever needed.It tracks information about who paid for the appointment and when.

Visits

This module allows for the creation and management of patient visits, including details about the doctor and the visit date. On the details page, you can manage problems, observations, notes, and prescriptions associated with each visit.

Services

The Services Module allows you to manage and create various services and their categories, set charges for each service, and organize them for appointment booking.

Enquiries

Effortlessly manage user inquiries with the Enquiries Module. It simplifies tracking and categorizing messages, making communication smoother and elevating client satisfaction.

Subscribers

Users can subscribe to your system through the landing page, and you can access a list of these subscribers from this section.

The Front CMS Module customizes the landing page with images, titles, and banners. It manages FAQs and displays patient testimonials.

This section enables administrators to manage patient testimonials. It features statements from previous customers that describe how service has positively impacted them. These patient testimonials are then displayed on the landing page to showcase real user experiences and benefits.

The Settings Module allows you to manage clinic details, schedules, roles, currencies, and geographic locations like countries, states, and cities.

This section allows you to manage the application settings, including Clinic Name, Contact Number, Email, Specialties, Logo, and other pertinent information. Additionally, there is an option to require email verification before allowing users to log in. If this option is enabled, users will not be able to log in until they verify their email address.

Clinic Schedules

This module allows you to manage clinic schedules by setting the opening and closing times for each day. You can also specify which days the Clinic is closed.

Roles

The module manages roles and permissions, allowing assignment of specific modules to users, providing precise control over user access and functionality within the system. This feature ensures tailored access to necessary modules, enhancing both security and operational efficiency. Roles are used when creating staff, and their permissions are assigned, enabling login and access to modules based on those permissions.

Currencies

This section allows you to manage currency settings for the system. You can choose your preferred currency in the settings section, and this selection will be consistently applied to all price displays across the system.

Countries

This section allows you to manage countries efficiently. You can add new countries, update existing information, and remove entries as needed.

States

This section allows for easy management of states, including adding new ones, updating existing details, and removing outdated entries. It ensures flexible and up-to-date state management.

Cities

This section allows for complete management of cities. You can add new cities, update existing information, and delete entries to keep city records accurate and current.
