Conversations

This feature allows admins to manage all users' chat conversations effectively, displaying active and archived chats. Admins can create new conversations, initiate group chats, and manage group members within single or group chats. Additionally, it provides options for private and public chat conversations, ensuring user privacy from the admin panel side.

Users

The Users Management section enables comprehensive handling of user accounts. Administrators can list, create, edit, update, and delete user accounts. Additionally, they can activate or deactivate user statuses and utilize impersonate login functionality for troubleshooting and support.

Roles

Users can manage roles and permissions to assign specific modules. This feature allows for precise control over access and functionality within the system.

Reported Users

Users can report another user if they notice any inappropriate behavior. To report, simply open the user's side drawer, click on the "Report User" button, write a note explaining the reason for the report, and submit it.

Meetings

Users can create meetings and connect with Zoom features, facilitating seamless virtual gatherings and collaboration. This integration ensures efficient scheduling and joining of meetings directly through the platform.

Front CMS

Front CMS is a versatile content management system that allows you to efficiently manage your site's sub headings, descriptions, features, chat functionalities, testimonials, chart components, and footer content. It provides a streamlined interface for updating and maintaining various elements of your website, ensuring a cohesive and engaging user experience.

Settings

The settings allow users to customize various aspects of the application, including changing the application name, company name, sound notifications, and PWA icon. Additionally, users can enable or disable group chat features, allow members to add groups, and display profile names in the chat.
