InfyVCard User Panel ​

Sign up & Login ​

We provide options for login directly with Google and Facebook. Also, we provide Google reCaptcha. Users can register, receive a verification email, and once verified, log in with their credentials.

Dashboard ​

Users can view comprehensive information about their vCards from this section. This includes:

  • Total Active VCards: The number of vCards currently active.
  • Total Deactivated VCards: The number of vCards that have been deactivated.
  • Today’s Inquiries: The total number of inquiries received today.
  • Today’s Appointments: The total number of appointments scheduled for today.
  • VCard Analytics: An analytics chat with date filters to view detailed statistics.
  • Today’s Appointment Details: Detailed information about today’s appointments.

Create a comprehensive and professional vCard with the following functionalities:

Basic Details ​

Enter your basic details and configure additional settings such as enabling language options, QR code, inquiry form, WhatsApp share, and adding to contact features.

VCard Templates ​

Choose from over 30 professionally designed templates tailored for various roles, including Developer, Corporate CEOs/CXOs, Lawyer, Doctor, Chief, Teacher, Makeup Artist, and more.

Dynamic vCard ​

Customize your vCard with a dynamic template, allowing you to modify button styles, colors, background color, and more to match your branding.

Display your business hours on the vCard by managing your opening and closing times in this section.

Enrich your vCard with multimedia by adding images, videos, audios, YouTube videos, and files to the gallery section.

Testimonials ​

Add and manage testimonials to build trust and credibility. Display multiple testimonials on your vCard.

Iframes ​

Integrate external content by loading multiple iframes. Add your website, YouTube videos, or other links to be displayed on the vCard.

Appointments ​

Facilitate appointment bookings directly from the vCard. Specify whether appointments are paid or free, with payment options available for paid appointments.

Connect users to your social media profiles by managing social links such as Snapchat, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Tumblr, Pinterest, Reddit, and more.

Add an eye-catching banner to your vCard. This banner will be displayed when the vCard loads, showcasing the details you provide.

Advanced ​

Enhance your vCard with advanced features. Set a password for access, add custom CSS and JavaScript, and hide branding to create a seamless user experience.

Fonts ​

Customize the appearance of your vCard by selecting the font and font size.

Manage Section ​

Control which sections are displayed on your vCard. Enable or disable sections such as blogs and appointments based on your needs.

Inquiries ​

Customers can submit inquiries through the vCard preview. Inquiries received via business cards are displayed in the corresponding Inquiries table.

Appointments ​

Customers can book appointments via the vCard preview. This section displays a list of booked appointments associated with the vCard. Appointments are managed by approving or rejecting requests and processing payment details.

Product Orders ​

Customers can place orders for products through the vCard preview. The list of product orders linked to the vCard is shown in this section. Product orders are managed by approving or rejecting requests and processing payment details.

Virtual Backgrounds ​

Users can create virtual backgrounds by selecting from over 10 pre-designed templates and adding their specific details.

Affiliations ​

In the Affiliations section, users can earn affiliate rewards by sending an invitation link to other users. To receive the affiliate amount, the invited user must register and purchase a plan. The affiliate will receive the reward based on a fixed amount or a percentage, as determined by the super admin. The value for this reward can be set according to the chosen option.

My NFC Cards ​

In this section, users can purchase NFC cards added by the admin and check the delivery status of that card. Users can also filter the cards by their type.

Storage ​

Users can manage their storage with a detailed overview of both used and unused storage. The platform provides a breakdown of storage usage, including:

  • vCards: Storage utilized by products, services, testimonials, social icons, blogs, gallery, and profile and cover images.
  • Settings: Storage used for PWA and avatar.

This feature is designed for user access rather than administrative control.

Settings ​

The Settings section provides users with the ability to customize various preferences to suit their needs. Users can select their preferred currency for transactions and display, choose their desired time format, and set the duration for the subscription model in seconds. Additionally, users can configure Progressive Web App (PWA) settings to optimize their experience. These options are designed to enhance user control and ensure a more personalized and efficient interaction with the platform.

Payment Configuration ​

Configure the payment settings for your account using the following options: Stripe, PayPal, RazorPay, FlutterWave, PayStack, PhonePe. Additionally, you can add a Manual Payment Guide.

Manage Subscription ​

Users can purchase new subscriptions and review their current subscriptions. Additionally, users can view details related to subscriptions, including limits on vCards, storage, and other feature access.

Delete Account ​

Users have the option to permanently delete their accounts. This action removes all associated data and access, ensuring that no further interactions or information are retained.
