Super Admin Feature

Dashboard

The dashboard provides the Super Admin with a comprehensive overview of key metrics and activities within the app. This screen includes the following features:

  • Active vCards: Displays the total number of vCards that are currently active. The Super Admin can view this information to understand the usage of active vCards.
  • Deactivated vCards: Shows the number of vCards that have been deactivated.
  • Active Users: Indicates the total count of users who are currently active in the app.
  • Deactivated Users: Lists the number of users whose accounts have been deactivated.
  • Income Graph: A graphical representation of the income generated over a specified period. The graph helps the Super Admin analyze financial trends and performance.

Scan Business Card

The Scan Business Card feature allows users to effortlessly add new business cards by scanning a QR code using their device's camera. This feature offers the following functionalities:

  • QR Code Scanning: Simply use your device's camera to scan the QR code on a vCard. The app will automatically detect and process the QR code.
  • Automatic Extraction of vCard Details: Our advanced scanning technology extracts essential vCard information from the scanned QR code. This includes details like name, phone number, email address, company, and more.
  • Save According to Preferences: Once the contact details are extracted, users can save them according to their preferences.

vCard

The vCard screen provides users with a comprehensive list of all their vCards. This screen offers various functionalities to manage and interact with vCards, including:

  • List of vCards: Access a complete list of all your vCards, displaying relevant information such as names, titles, and occupation details.
  • Delete vCards: Users can delete any vCard from their list. This action permanently removes the selected vCard from the system.
  • Generate QR Codes: For each vCard, you can generate a unique QR code that encapsulates the vCard information. This makes it easy to share your vCard with others.
  • Write vCards Using NFC: Utilize NFC technology to write vCards onto NFC tags. This enables seamless data exchange, allowing others to quickly receive and save your contact details by tapping their devices. (Note: Write NFC feature is only available for Android devices).

Business Card

The Business Card screen serves as a centralized hub for organizing and accessing all your collected business cards. This screen offers the following features:

  • Organize Business Cards: Easily manage your collection of business cards by sorting them into custom groups. Whether by industry, event, or any other criteria, creating groups helps in categorizing and accessing cards efficiently.
  • Access All Cards: View a comprehensive list of all your collected business cards in one place. This makes it convenient to find and reference contacts whenever needed.
  • Custom Group Sorting: Sort cards into custom groups for easy reference and streamlined networking. Grouping allows for quick retrieval of relevant contacts, enhancing your networking efforts.
  • Add New Cards to Specific Groups: When adding new business cards, you can directly assign them to a specific group. This feature helps maintain organization from the moment new cards are collected.

Setting

The Setting screen allows users to personalize their app experience with a range of customization options. Key features include:

  • Manage Profile Information: Easily update and manage your profile details, including your name, contact information, and other personal preferences. This ensures that your information is always accurate and up-to-date.
  • Customize App Language: Choose from a variety of language options to tailor the app's interface to your preferred language. This feature provides a seamless navigation experience, making it easier to use the app in the language you are most comfortable with.

User Feature
