We built a fully automated WhatsApp chatbot using n8n workflows and the WhatsApp Cloud API to register users, handle cashback logic, and track their loyalty progress in real-time.
QR-Based Onboarding atOutlets
Unique QR codes placed at each outlet seamlessly initiated a WhatsApp conversation and identified the outlet automatically.
Receipt Upload &Reward Tracking
The chatbot collected receipt images, extracted purchase amounts, updated Google Sheets for progress tracking, and returned dynamic updates to the user.
AutomatedReview Collection
After reward updates, the bot asked for ratings, collected internal feedback, and encouraged customers to leave public reviews on Google.

QR-Based WhatsApp Entry Point
Each restaurant outlet is equipped with a unique QR code that customers can scan to instantly start a WhatsApp conversation. This eliminates any manual onboarding and ensures a smooth, one-tap entry into the loyalty program, personalized by outlet location.
Smart Receipt Upload Workflow
Customers can effortlessly upload a photo of their purchase receipt directly in the WhatsApp chat. The chatbot then processes the receipt data, verifies the amount, and automatically updates the user’s progress toward their cashback and royalty milestones - all within seconds.


Google Review Collection
As a final step, users are encouraged to leave a public review via a pre-filled Google Business review link. This flow dramatically boosts online reputation by turning satisfied customers into brand advocates.
