Implemented n8n workflow automation to automatically create customer inquiries on backend. Also integrated WhatsApp API to send automated messages to vendors for quick responses along with updated response from vendor in backend panel.
RefactoredAdmin Panel
We redesigned the backend panel for better performance and usability. This included optimizing database queries, improving load times, and enhancing the user interface and queued images processing of product without blocking the staff.
AutomatedFollow-ups for Inquiries
Developed an automated follow-up system using n8n to send timely reminders and updates to customers regarding their inquiries. This ensured consistent communication and improved conversion rates.

Inquiry Automation
To handle the high volume of customer inquiries, we automated inquiry management system with vendors with Auto WhatsApp messages where vendor can reply with a available stock with a simple one click via WhatsApp. This system categorizes inquiries based on product type, urgency, and customer history. Automated responses acknowledge receipt of inquiries and provide estimated response times. The workflow routes inquiries to the appropriate sales representatives based on predefined rules, ensuring timely and relevant responses. This automation has significantly reduced response times and improved customer satisfaction.
Automated Follow-ups
To ensure no customer inquiry goes unanswered, we implemented an automated follow-up system. This system sends timely reminders to customers who have not received a response within a specified timeframe. Follow-up messages are personalized based on the customer's inquiry history and preferences, enhancing engagement. The workflow also tracks follow-up attempts and escalates inquiries to senior sales representatives if necessary. This feature has led to a higher conversion rate and improved customer retention.

The order management system provides enhanced visibility into the status of customer orders.
