How it Works:

This workflow transforms any uploaded product photo into a studio-style 3D product video using AI and fully automates uploading, tracking, and delivery.

1. Form Submission Trigger

• The workflow begins when the user submits a form with a product image and product title.

2. Generate Unique Slug

• A clean, unique slug is generated from the product title for folder naming and tracking.

3. Create Google Drive Folder

• A new Drive folder is created using the slug.
• Public access is granted so generated assets can be viewed/downloaded.

4. Process Uploaded Image

• The uploaded file is extracted from the form submission.
• Background removal is performed using the Remove.bg API.
• Both the original and background-removed images are uploaded to the Google Drive folder.
• The sheet is updated with links to both images.

5. Prepare and Generate 3D Video

• The workflow extracts the Google Drive file ID of the background-removed image.
• FAL AI (Kling Video) is triggered to generate a cinematic 360° product rotation video.
• The system checks the video generation status in intervals until processing is complete.

6. Retrieve Final Video

• Once ready, the final video file is fetched and uploaded to the Google Drive folder.
• A direct video link is added to the Google Sheet.

7. Send Email Notification

• A confirmation email is sent using Gmail.
• The email includes the final 3D video link for quick review and marketing use.
