1. Milk Entry Form Submission

• The operator fills out a milk collection form.
• Details include farmer info, milk quantity, Fat (%), SNF (%), and session.
• The workflow is triggered instantly on form submission.

2. Input Validation

• The system validates:
  • Milk quantity must be greater than 0
  • Fat (%) must be between 2–10
  • SNF (%) must be between 6–10
• If invalid:
  • A WhatsApp alert is sent to notify incorrect input.

3. Duplicate Entry Check

• The workflow checks Google Sheets for:
  • Same farmer
  • Same date
  • Same session (morning/evening)
• If duplicate found:
  • A WhatsApp alert is sent to prevent duplicate data entry.

4. Quality Analysis & Rate Calculation

• Milk quality is analyzed based on Fat (%):
  • High fat → premium quality
  • Low fat → lower grade
• Pricing is calculated dynamically using:
  • Base rate + Fat + SNF contribution
• Total amount = Quantity × Calculated Rate

5. Save Milk Collection Data

• Valid entries are stored in Google Sheets.
